Changes since v0.1.5:

• Moved JSON files into a separate data/ directory and the build script to the script/ directory. This is a backwards-incompatible change for any package that explicitly references the JSON files at the package root. (#11)
• The package now builds using NPM. A Makefile remains for backwards compatibility. (#11)
