profile performance on Winx86_64

We need to get profiling data for those testsL

• handshake (there is a small regression when compared with 3.3, it gets worse with higher thread count)
• newrawkey (the results for 1.1.1 feels completely off)

• pkeyread -k dhx -f der
• pkeyread -k dhx -f pem
• pkeyread -k dsa -f der
• pkeyread -k dsa -f pem
• pkeyread -k ec -f der
• pkeyread -k ec -f pem
• pkeyread -k rsa -f der
• pkeyread -k rsa -f pem
• pkeyread -k x25519 -f der
• pkeyread -k x25519 -f pem

Those numbers are from windows 11 running on private notebook. perhaps it would be worth to re-run those tests on proxmox first.
