It's a bit hard for me to judge whether this is all the places the note should end up in. Maybe ask @wolandscat for advice.
I found it too small a change to list under changes, but IMHO this should be evaluated by the one merging the PR into master.
note: the relation between the main spec and the file docs/ADL2/master07.11-adl_rulesNEW.adoc and docs/ADL2/master07.11-adl_rules.adoc was a bit unclear to me. Maybe we could tidy this up?
