Polar-Omni v1.3.3 Pre-release

This is a minor release that adds support for the omni lightning network. OBD node implementation has been updated to its latest version, and Omnicore is the latest version on its "develop" branch

OBD supports assets only in this release.

Features:

  • images: add support for OBD, v0.2.0

  • images: add support for Omnicore, v0.12.0 (d9d3b497)

  • Create a regtest Omni Lightning Network in just a few clicks

  • Add more nodes using drag & drop

  • Start and stop individual nodes

  • Open & Close Asset Channels between OBD nodes

  • Create & Pay Asset Lightning Invoices

  • Deposit regtest tokens into each OBD node

Next version:

  • Will support Bitcoin channels and build channels with LND, c-lightning, and Eclair nodes.

Minimum System Requirment:

  • Intel i5 2GHz, 4 cores

  • 16 GB mem

  • 20GB Disk space

  • CPU virtualization enabled ( for docker )

How to run:

Docker, Git, Yarn need to be installed in your device.

Download the source code from the link below , or clone from the repository:

Execute the commands in your terminal:

> git clone https://github.com/omnilaboratory/polar.git
> cd polar
> git checkout obd

Then under the project folder "polar", execute:

> yarn 
> yarn dev

Note: MUST NOT execute yarn upgrade, which may incur version conflict.
