ngalac - the beginning

First functional release
Contains player sensing, streaming button control, servo control as well as obs automation via websockets

note:
beta.1 has not been integration tested at all, bug fixes expected.
beta.2 will contain bug fixes found in .1, and completed stubs based on player sensing scripts
beta.3 will be final pre-release based on play-testing the cabinet.
