Inital version of the ISA RO-Crate Profile. This release contains:
- A mapping between ISA terms and RO-Crate (schema.org & bioschemas) terms. It is given in tabular form.
- The corresponding profile describing the underlying data model, related changes to the bioschemas specification and the contained types with required or recommended attributes in schema.org or bioschemas vocabulary.
- The data model is described in graphical form.
- New/Adapted types:
LabProtocol,LabProcess,Dataset. - Specific profiles (required/recommended attributes) are provided for all ISA types.
