Drishti
v-3.03 prealpha has slices as well as raycasting implementation
for handling very large volumetric datasets. Keyframe animation
and 4d volume handling is now available.
The importer now allows saving the imported volume in three
different formats -
.bvf - blocked volume format suitable for raycasting as well
as slice-based rendering
.pvl.nc - standard drishti format - slice-based rendering only.
.mhd - metaimage format suitable for uploading to Voluminous
cloud based rendering system.
