When	What will happen
10 days before	Deadline If the minimum number of guests have not logged in, and selected the project and stencil they want, the reservation is voided. The payments are refunded via Braintree but the deposit is not refunded.
72 hours before	No further edits by host or guests of project selection. If, the reservation is being paid by the Host, an invoice will be sent via email.
24 hours before	Payment deadline Any unpaid seats are automatically voided. If after doing so, the total number of guests attending is less than 12, the reservation is voided. The payments are refunded as credits but the deposit is kept.
Day of the event	Nothing special.
24 hours after	If the workshop took place without being cancelled or voided the deposit is refunded to the Host via Braintree.
