In case the form is from a richEditor we need to retrieve the locale differently because we don't have access to the initial
sylius_translationsform.This way the form created as uiElement with RichEditor can use the
UrlTypedefined in the menu plugin in order to select a target of a link.see monsieurbiz/SyliusRichEditorPlugin#244
