Build a pre-relase version from pre-relase branches major/name, minor/name, patch/name
Can be used with helm upgrade --version '>=x.x.x-name.0 <x.x.x-name.999999' to avoid picking
unintended versions from multiple active branches doing snapshot releases
This will also allow proper tracking of semver compatible pre-relase tags in continuous deployment scripts.
