Extend Helm chart with default liveness & readiness probes

Some basic default readiness/lieness Probes would be may a good idea too (e.g. tcp socket check), better then nothing?

@martin-helmich can you assign it to me? I was working on a project like your signaller here, then i was planning to write a Kubernetes controller for Varnish just like that. So i would be happy if a can contribute to that project somehow.
