This PR starts a
brad.calibrationmodule and consolidates the data gathering scripts we are using for query load and provisioning. This also adds experiment definitions for Redshift load and provisioning data gathering.We will start by running the queries on
dc2.largeandra3.xlplus(1x, 2x, and 4x sized clusters).
