Teacher Tool: Add More Checklists!

This adds the checklists we created earlier this week.

A few notes:

1. I removed the show icon requirement in 7-seconds. We had 2 versions of this checklist, one with and one without. The tutorial doesn't specify, and students could choose to show a number here instead of an icon (or a custom image after completing the tutorial). I think flexibility is good in this scenario.
2. I had to update the sound effect block id in the pet hamster tutorial from what was initially submitted, since we now refer to the newer blocks.
3. Added a new carousel for "Tools" to match where "Level" is on the microbit home page.
4. Smiley buttons was made by me and hasn't been reviewed by anyone yet. Please feel free to review it now :)
