    missing dependencies fail compilation and recovery needs python2.7 for successful compilation, as such added guide to switch in case system uses python3.x

  1. BoardConfig: fix /data/media handling 

    this enables proper handling of /data/media on devices that have this folder for storage
many times /sdcard and /data/media symlink gets broken especially when using f2fs
