Having libspx and libcap in the same .pc file
caused build issue in sway. In Voidlinux, I had to split
them.
I noticed that in the master it doesn't have them together, but in the latest release 2.29 they were together. This is possibly a "fix" or maybe just a notice that combining them caused issue in 2.29 with sway.
