I broke something in the logic, so it segfaults in the benchmark.

This is just meant to be an indication of how to make linear_sieve generic, it's not a complete solution.

Make interface of linear_sieve based on output iterator.

Simplify logic of linear_sieve slightly.

Just replace the use of resultant_primes - first with i - 1.
