11.3.0.1 version of Cloud Formation Templates addresses the Certifi and Urllib3 vulnerabilities CVE-2023-37920 and CVE-2018-20060 that are packaged with managed_eni lambda code. 11.3.0.1 templates version still use MarkLogic AMI 11.3.0.
