Version 2.1

This version fixes a redirect issue for the Sisow API from http:// to https://.

Breaking changes: doesn't work with ruby 1.9.x anymore.

• This release updates the gem to ruby version 2.2.3.
• Updates the gem dependencies.
• Allows for an optional instance configuration.
