The idea here is to deploy m3db onto minikube, feed it with the cluster metrics and monitor it using Grafana.
This is done in order to have a quick playground to feel and experiment with m3db and the operator.
The deployment also include Grafana with a few provisioned datasource and dashboards such that one can simply open Grafana and monitor the cluster right from the start
It also includes a Loki instance (much simpler to deploy than ES :-) and I'm planning to add Jager as well for full observability
