This PR updates README after repovation: removes disclaimer and updates bug bounty.
MERGE AFTER BUG BOUNTY UPDATE!
Problem
After the repovation, the disclaimer will be outdated, and bug bounty will not cover the old repo.
Solution
Updates the readme.
