- significantly refactored directories and modularized agents to make trying alternate approaches more extensible
- some additional logging here and there
- easy config structure - non-coders can just add a toml file and run an experiment
- dockerized build with high-level parent container - still a bit erratic depending on the environment but is building on my mac

Remove print-logging and add tqdm for progress display.
