Release checklist to follow

• Cargo.toml updated with new version
• New version in setup.py & docs/conf.py & in pyproject.toml
• Update changelog.md with the version and date and add new unreleased section.
• Create new tag git tag -a -s v0.11.0
• Create source tarball
• Create wheel
• Sign via gpg
• Sign via sigstore
• twine upload to pypi
• Create the release on github and drop all related files there
