I inadvertently made the 2nd commit part of this pull request, and I can resubmit without it.
The second commit, using "no one" versus "no-one" is largely a stylistic change. I found an explanation here. The relevant points are that "no one" is the prevalent term globally, and "no-one" is not used in North American writing. So, I recommend using "no one" but this is a rather pedantic point.
