I felt that there was a need for Fallback Handler to send ResponseNone to HomeAssistant if there is no answer from the user or the skill could not understand the answer, so the Home Assistant script could take a decision instead of doing nothing.
The majority of questions my automations send to Alexa is about some device (like a TV ou light) that is on and could be turned off with the user's permission. If the user is not in the same place of the device that makes the question, there will be no answer, so the automation, so the device could be turned off.
