Discord bot that uses openweathermap.org API to get current weather reports.
!weather [city] command will return specifics of current weather in the city given as parameter.
Tried to make it look good with embedded message stuff
Will possibly complete !forecast, but the free version of API is a bit limited, so will have to see about it.
