This changed the runtime version from 2.0.0-rc.1 to the latest canary 2 version.

It also fixed some errors from deno lint and deno fmt.

Deno upgraded the version 2.0.0-rc.6 just now. We could use the 2.0.0-rc.6 instead.

We might need to wait for a couple of hours for their release.
