Byrne's Euclid 0.8-latex-alpha en+ru

The book is migrated to LuaLaTeX from ConTeXt and now uses https://github.com/jemmybutton/byrne-latex. Compared to previous ConTeXt version, this one has a lot of mistakes and typos fixed, but general layout still requires a lot of tweaks after migration.
