- In order to fix issue Names of the authors in the references are inconsistent #33
- Plus: Added big letters in the references as a structure. As in the SOFT curriculum for instance.
e.g. "S. Brown" (instead of "Brown, S." or "Simon Brown"). Plus: use same way of writing "et al." and order of editions and publishing dates

Ein paar Anmerkungen zu den Einträgen.
Das Umbenennen der einzelnen labels muss in den Kapiteln noch nachgezogen werden.
