  • Removes the "old" CI code that was deprecated by Catalyst Forge
  • Runs Catalyst Forge for CI instead of the deprecated code
  • Adds blueprint.cue files for projects
  • Consolidates utilities/tools/services to utilities as all three are ambiguous and it makes more sense to just use a single category
