Add module that generates HTML report

It would be great to have a HTML report that contains the main results of the pipeline and describes how to interpret them.
This would be a file you could sent to your collaborators hopefully explaining everything.

multiqc could be the way to go, it is highly customizable. Alternatively, a Rmarkdown report could also work.
