HoloPyGuy - A graphical user interface for the holopy package of manhoranan lab, Harvard.

To use it, follow their install instructions.

To show the reconstructed image data in a 3D View, we use the 3D Viewer plugin from Fiji. To use this feature, you have to install FiJi in the latest version and correct the path in fijitest.py

This user interface is developed as contribution in the iGEM competition from iGEM TU Darmstadt. All documentation can be found by now on 2017.igem.org/Team:TU_Darmstadt/tech/software
