Acceptance criteria

  • Store Only Capitalised Secrets
  • Ensure that the system passes around only capitalised secrets
  • Ensure that pager_duty secrets are referred appropriately
  • Add migration to Capitalise existing Secrets
  • Update Doc to describe the change in secrets storage/reference policy
