Remove main link to privacy policy

Thoughtworks' own privacy policy is no longer applicable to GoCD, which is entirely a community project, and does not collect any data from users any longer.

Left the links within the legacy blog posts and the Contributor License Agreement, as these have not been replaced by another policy.
