Updates and changes required by sonatype to publish/snapshot.

Final fixed 2.1.6 tag

With brew etc fixed, we now are publishing the penultimate 2.1.6 tag release.

This tag will not be deleted.

2.1.1 Versioning, Logging, and Reporting

This is a minor release that adds versioning utilities 👍

1. It logs version info on startup
2. It logs all git information if you run the Version.class (i.e. from main).
3. The version.class also takes an optional argument, to only print one parameter (i.e. git.commit.id)
