some communities are using stuff to break netneutrality. that should be mentioned - not just looking for störerhaftung - in a new field.
there should be checkboxes or a simple text area:

  • Splash-Pages
  • Trafficshaping
  • Deep Packet Inspection
  • P2PBlocks
  • ZAPP-Script
  • Usage time restrictions (40-min-internet/timeouts)

next idea we discussing right now at #freifunk irc

  • Kinderblocker (time based?)
  • VPN-Tunnel against Störerhaftung (f.i. a big bottleneck for accessing to internet)
