| It's critical because it keeps the product polished and functional for everyone. When small details are overlooked, they add up over time, creating problems for both users and employees. By bringing up these issues immediately, you avoid the minor problems piling up and becoming major obstacles. It can also create a perception of disorder, much like the "Broken Windows Theory" which uses the metaphor of how having an unrepaired broken window can result in having all the windows broken over time. | ||
