PyOP2 updated how it keeps track of pairs of external/internal comms so the clean up is synchronised. This PR updates the
EnsembleConnectorthat we use to split anEnsembleinto multiple sub-ensembles for theSliceJacobiPCand Gauss-Seidel iterations to use the updatedinternal_comm.
