Welcome to the wiki of the Telegram Plugin for Octoprint!
In the Settings panel select the Logging entry and add the Telegram Plugin entries setting all of them to the DEBUG level:
octoprint.plugins.telegramoctoprint.plugins.telegram.TCMDoctoprint.plugins.telegram.TMSG
Additionally, in the Telegram Plugin entry, enable the DEBUG logging level
