Some documents do not exist anymore. Like git basics that used to be on the main docs repository. Changes: Replaced the expired links with new ones. (On website) Deleted unavailable links. (Like git guidelines)

Changes: Added "Learn Kotlin by Example" official resource. Replaced deprecated links. (Kotlin tutorials) Edited titles.
Changes: Let's say hello to our friend! *The most important reason for this change is the fact that Exercism is now going to be a place to learn and not just solve problems. For those who just want to start learning, showing a simple "println" inside of the main function can be great.

I replaced some broken links with their newer versions on the website or on the main repository. I couldn't find some of the links though. I replaced some links like "help" with "contact us" in Exercism.
Also, some links are not available like git basics. So I removed them.
This is my first time contributing, so I'm sorry if there is any mistake.
