That improves consistency and fixes the issue that the hints do not get displayed in the regular-chatbot exercise.

Summary
For the hints to be displayed correctly in the online editor the headings in the
instructions.mdandhints.mdmust match.That is not the case for
regular-chatbot.Also, currently most but not all concept exercises include the task number.
This PR adds these missing task numbers.
