Changes flowchart from jpeg to png (can't seem to find jpeg plugin) Adds -c 1 flag to novoalign call. This stops novoalign from running on multiple cores. Obviously this hinders the its speed but I think ruffus loses track of the extra cores. Hence, it runs the next line of pipeline before the .sam files have actually been created.
