Multimeter

The Multimeter is a general debugging tool for infra-redstone circuits. It can be used by a right-click on cables and the infra-redstone block, and a shift-right-click on modules. When used on a cable, the Multimeter will print the signal value traveling through the cable, and when used on a module, the Multimeter will print the output value of the module.
