Group Travel

The University defines group travel as three (3) or more employees/non-employees traveling to the same location for the same official University business. Read more about group travel here.

Conference Travel

Earth Lab is able to support non-employees traveling to conferences to present research, when appropriate based on the individual situation. For example, a prior employee attending a conference to present research performed while at Earth Lab but published later. These situations will require completion of a non-employee travel form. If the non-employee is currently a federal government employee, there are forms required for that individual to accept funds for travel/conference attendance. These forms should be completed prior to submitting a travel request to CIRES.
