Replace "dumb" with "bad" everywhere

Fixes #500: this PR replaces all the free text usages of "dumb" with "bad". However I haven't changed URLs (including Mastodon and GitHub URLs).

Let me know, I'm happy to make this an all-in-one PR that assumes all the following have been migrated:

• the main website URL
• this repo
• the Mastodon bot

Tested by spot-checking the output of npm run build.

• Add domain to Cloudflare
• Add domain to Vercel
• Make new icon
• Redirect from old to new in Cloudflare
• Create new bot
• Redirect old bot to new bot

Thanks @duffn, 779035c replaces even the URLs/bot names, as well as renaming the GitHub Actions yaml file. git grep dumb is empty, as is find . -name "*dumb*". Triple-checking the diff to make sure every change is legitimate but I'd of course appreciate another pair of eyes 🙇
