Adds a Messagebox asking if this is wanted. If Yes is selected, the importer will create a Subfolder for each category, like logins, accounts, software ...

Hi,
great plugin, but I kinda liked the categories of 1password.
So I added a option (messagebox asking... ) to create folders for each category in 1password.
Will look like this

p.s.: I was unable to create a .plgx file, but putting the
_1Password2KeePass.dllandNewtonsoft.Json.dllinto plugin directory worked for me.
