This pull request adds a new custom driver for resolving did:earthid DIDs in the Universal Resolver ecosystem. The EarthID DID method allows the resolution of DIDs associated with the EarthID platform.

Key Changes:
Added driver-did-earthid to resolve did:earthid identifiers.
Included Docker setup for the EarthID driver, following the Universal Resolver guidelines.
Updated the docker-compose.yml file to include the new driver configuration.
Provided steps for local testing and verification using curl.
Testing:
Verified the driver locally by running the driver-did-earthid Docker container.
Tested the resolution of a sample EarthID DID using curl, with correct outputs returned in the expected DID Document format.
Usage:
Once the driver is deployed, users will be able to resolve EarthID DIDs by querying the Universal Resolver instance.

Hello @vaibhavahire99 thanks for this PR, and sorry for the late reply. Would it be possible to change the PR so that it doesn't include the actual driver code in this repository here? I think it would be better if the config files in this Universal Resolver repository reference your driver Docker image, but the actual code should be somewhere in your own repo. Do you think you could make this change?

Hello @peacekeeper thanks for a quick response I've made the recommended changes and made a new pull request "EarthID driver integration" with the updated docker.yml file with reference to the EarthID driver. Please take a look and please let me know if any changes needed.
Thanks,
Vaibhav
