I think you mean
dcos package list

Alternatively, you can install from the command line, entering this command:

```bash
This DC/OS Service is currently in preview. There may be bugs, incomplete features, incorrect documentation, or other discrepancies.

The CLI command is missing here.
dcos package install elastic-job-cloud

As you mentioned in mesosphere/universe#1229, @haocao if there are additional instructions needed for install

mesos.master is just a variable, you should replace it with a real Zookeeper server ip address and port , such as 192.168.1.1:2181.

Please clarify the instruction in the example document
