Description

I've enhanced the website with a custom JavaScript file that simplifies scroll-based animations, providing an effortless way for users to experience dynamic effects. Utilizing this file, I've implemented a feature where the navbar menu becomes visible as users scroll through the content. To achieve this, I've incorporated Z-index properties from Tailwind CSS, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing navigation experience.
