Malicious Listing

Actual:
If a listing is reported and is prooved to be malicious there is no mechanism to invalidate the listing. It doesn't emit events too, so it's way difficult to index the correct state for the listing.

Expected:
Prevent the listing to valid and emit an event. Also, it should emit an event when it is considered valid, so it can be indexed as well.
