Types implementing
OclPrmshould not only have the same layout as inCvia#[repr(C)]but also be valid in any bit configuration of the underlying binary representation. That means, nostructcontaining, directly or indirectly, anychar,strorbool. This PR intends to document that requirement onOclPrm
